NAB centre for Computer Education and Rehabilitation for the visually challenged at Institute for the Blind, Jamalpur, Ludhiana is functional since January 2012. The computer training centre imparts basic and advanced computer usability skills to people with low vision and total blindness. The training is provided through special talking software that enables blind and low vision to use computers independently.  

No fee is being charged and all facilities are free. Visually challenged from different parts of Punjab and the school itself are learning computers at the centre.
